Challenge

David Williams IFA Mortgage & Insurance Services is a one-stop shop for all things mortgage and protection related. Despite their cutting-edge services, they lacked an online presence.

Unsure of exactly what they wanted but having a clear vision of how they wanted their business to be perceived, we set out to create a site that was informative, with great visuals and also easy to use for potential clients.

Following an initial project scope, we decided to build the website in Wordpress which gave the team access to update content and also a CMS to work with. The visual style focussed on the core principles of their business, which centre around family and home life.

From our initial discussions, it was clear that the business had a lot of great testimonials from previous and existing customers. It made sense to use these to convey the trust that customers put in their practice and services. As well as this we created a Google Business listing order for them to capture this great feedback digitally.

Results

Creating credibility
Setting up a Google MyBusiness page and an e-shot generated over 100, 5-star customer reviews, which assisted greatly with new business wins.
Incremental business
Embracing digital gave customers an easy way to request information about the business's services and resulted in new incremental leads being generated.
